Quality Test
Quality is must for getting good price of the finished goods. So, it is important to ensure the quality of the finished goods. This quality should be ensured from the beginning of the production. Quality test should start form the begning section and continue upto the finishing section. In the intermediate process it is also important to check the quality of the product.
Though Srichakra have Film thickness gauge monitoring system in our plants, we have other equipments like tensile testing machines to check the breaking strength MFI testing of raw material, UV testing, Air permeability testing, Weight test, shrinkage testing and UN testing as per Indian standards.
Cutting Machines
In Srichakra we have various types of cutters which do heat cutting, cold cutting and ultrasonic cutting.
Printing
We have range of steady and high performing Woven Sack Bag Flexographic Printing Machine and other machine that is widely used for woven sacks printing. It features Resistant to corrosion & wearing quality tested high performance and we also have the art multi colour printing machine which can print upto 8 colours on BOPP films.
Stitching
Srichakra have latest high-tech Woven Sack Sewing Machines which are designed to work on heavy weight materials such as HDPE, PP, and similar types of woven sacks. These machines use bobbin-less stitching system which helps in faster and better stitching. The distance between the stitches can be easily adjusted and it also has fully automated lubrication advantage.
Finishing Department
Finishing activities are performed prior packing bags. The major activities of a finishing department include thread trimming, checking bags. All Bags are checked at the finishing stage for visuals and measurement. Finishing checkers check the complete bags inside and out. Checking is done for bags detailing, such as care print, lamination checking and pressing etc. Pressed Bags are folded in a specified dimension
